Biography & Background
Research interests include Seed quality determination for indigenous vegetables and crops, post-harvest handling of exotic crops, integrated food- based strategies- combining dietary diversity through the promotion of indigenous vegetables in Zimbabwe, post-harvest, value chains and diet quality of indigenous vegetables.
Member of the Community of Practice on African Forgotten and underutilized food commodities.
