Maureen Gumbo obtained her BSc Honors degree at Midlands State University in Zimbabwe. She then moved to South Africa, Rhodes University for her master’s degree. Maureen Completed her PhD studies at Midlands State University in 2024, having completed a sandwich fellowship at the University of Johannesburg. Maureen is currently a postdoctoral student at Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden.
